  Booked a 11.45 appointment, had to leave after 45 minutes waiting as I had still not waited. There fee was also double from the last place I went to before moving home. Reception staff not bothered and we're more interested in a conversation about bonfires! Not joking literally didn't care when I asked why I've been waiting so long. When said I have to go as I can't wait for an hour for an appointment they just said "ok fine"

  Stay away unless you are prepared to wait a long time. Latest attempt to get an appointment for my daughter, appt booked for 11:30, called at 11:15 to check if they were running on time was told to come at 11:40. waited from 11:40 until 12:10 and then walked out (not the first time I've had to give up on an appointment here, last time I waited over an hour). How is it possible for a doctor to become 1/2 an hour off schedule within 10 minutes? Absolutely disgusting service, there should be some accountability for these practices. What is the point in having an appointment system if you are too inept to adhere to it?
